Why would I invite myself to this inner journey?
Our addiction to action, quick achievements and short term results, all at our highest speed distracts us from our most important source of personal leadership; attention. We need to stop all these distracting activities to become conscious of ourselves. We will take you out of your daily routines and introduce you to a completely different world. A world of Budhism and Bhutan culture. The silence of the mountains and amazing nature in general that cannot offer anything else but inspiration and reflection. To regain insights of who we are and where we want to go. No phones, camera's or laptops.
After intake meetings with executive coach Richard Westbroek we will travel to Bhutan, the land of Gross National Happiness. A culture where connection between individuals and society is essential. Bhutan leaders will give their vision on leadership, society and future. For that matter we will also visit Saamdu Chetri, one of the founding fathers of Bhutan's 'Gross National Happiness'. An extraordinary bonus on this trip will be visiting one of the famous Bhutan buddhist festivals in the Talo monastery. You don't want to miss this colourful event!
In the end all travel insights and experiences will be used to make a transition to our own reality. And transform ourselves into new leaders with new insights for a sustainable future.
So when we get back... you will need some time to implement gained insights into your own world. Approximately one month later we will meet again in our Chamonix chalet with dedicated guidance from our ChamoiX facilitators. We will help and guide you in this execution process. How to avoid old patterns and how to implement the kind of leadership you decided to take home from Bhutan.
